Unlock the secrets to sketching cars, streets, and buildings with greater confidence in this urban sketching workshop focused on perspective and structure. Learn simple techniques for breaking down complex subjects into manageable shapes while understanding the basics of one-point and two-point perspective. We’ll explore how to sketch cars quickly, capture architectural details, and create depth and dimension within your scenes. Students will also discover helpful tricks for simplifying busy city environments without losing the energy and character of a location. Perfect for beginners and experienced sketchers looking to strengthen their perspective skills and create more dynamic urban drawings.
Students will be provided a kit with a sketchbook and drawing supplies, but are welcome to bring their own materials if they have certain media they enjoy using.
